1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the xpectives blog and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Platform is operated by the School of Communications and XIM University, Bhubaneswar, India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The layout, codebase, design assets, logos, and branding elements of xpectives are the exclusive intellectual property of the School of Communications and XIM University. No portion of this site may be replicated, copied, or modified without prior written authorization.
Authors publishing on xpectives grant the School of Communications a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, archive, and distribute their articles. All rights of the contributors are protected, but the SCOMM community retains the right to curate and moderate all content.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SCOMM and XIM University make no warranties - express or implied - regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any articles published. Opinions expressed are those of the individual authors and do not represent official stances of the university.
4. Issue Reporting & Infringement
Any copyright concerns, content violations, technical glitches, or general issues on this platform must be reported immediately to:

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
