Reading articles on this blog requires no registration. We collect no personal data from public visitors. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, cookies, or fingerprinting technologies on the public blog.

2.2 Portal Users (Staff & Students)

Authorized members of the SCOMM Social Media Squad who access the secure backend portal provide:

  • Institutional email address (@xim.edu.in or @stu.xim.edu.in)
  • Full name and role designation
  • Authentication and access logs
  • Content, posts, and scheduler tasks created

This information is processed exclusively for running the task management, article publication, and scheduler workflows.

All portal data, posts, and scheduling metadata are securely stored using cloud database architecture. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access is strictly guarded and restricted only to verified personnel with active, authorized credentials.
